Our Dynamics CRM development abilities have been proven through our work with the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario (ETFO).

ETFO, with 76,000 Members, is the largest teachers union in Canada. Each year, they hold a wide variety of events (conferences, meetings, seminars, courses) for their Members.

 

Defining the events, creating multiple, unique registration forms, managing registrations, approving attendance, coordinating with the local boards and managing the billing of any charges was primarily a time consuming manual function. ETFO wanted to automate this and create a solution that benefited both their Members and the ETFO staff administering the system.  The answer was Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Omniware.
 

Omniware worked closely with ETFO, to develop an Event Management System (EMS) which centralized the process, improved the Member experience, and allowed for a team of CRM users to easily create and manage the events, the registration forms and attendees.

 

Leveraging Omniware's experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ADX Studio, a single platform was created to improve the management of the entire event management process.

 

The result: A benefit for Members and time savings for ETFO.

Omniware's core product, Dynamics Billing, is a testament to our Microsoft Dynamics expertise. Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we've built a robust billing solution that marries the customer facing management of CRM with the billing functionality of invoicing, product management, and pricing to enable a 360 degree view of the customer for our customers.


This platform has been used by many customers such as Bell Canada, CBC Innovis, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC Technology and Easyvoice.
